Le Millenium

This project was built in 2008 and is situated in the south of Part-Dieu train station area. The building is situated at the beginning of the business district of Part-Dieu.

The main principles of design were compactness of the project, accommodation mainly going North to South, sun protection with sliding venetian blinds, exterior insulation, and double flow ventilation.

Loggia panels have none or minimal operational costs, they reduce exterior noise, they improve public health and supply high quality fresh air.
